Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel any order you have placed in writing to Cockney Rebel Fashions within 7 days from your receipt, providing we haven’t picked, packed and dispatched your order. You will then be refunded for both the items and any postage cost you have incurred.
If the order is cancelled after being picked, packed and dispatched we are unable to stop the delivery process. You may still return the item back to us in accordance with our terms and conditions, however, please note that you will incur an outward delivery charge.
In order to cancel your order please either phone 01909 486431 or email firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number which can be found on your emailed invoice.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order then you can return your item back to us within 14 days of your receipt. Items need to be returned in their original packaging, unworn, all swing tickets attached and free of any fragrance. Cockney Rebel does not refund outward postage costs unless faulty.
Cockney Rebel is happy to EXCHANGE or REFUND on all items purchased and will process these as quickly as possible, this procedure could take up to 5 working days upon us receiving the item. Unfortunately, Cockney Rebel cannot guarantee this time scale due to banking terms and conditions and third-party deliveries which are out of our control.
To return your garments back to us, please complete the enclosed returns form provided clearly stating whether you require an Exchange or Refund. If you would like an exchange, please state in the comments box on the returns form what you would like to exchange your return for. If the exchange is of lesser value we will refund you the difference, if however, the new item is of greater value, we will need to contact you for further payment. No further shipping charges will be incurred to re-ship the item back out to you if the item is full price.
During busy periods such as Sale and Christmas times, we advise that a new order be placed for the exchanged item or size to guarantee that item to you, we will then refund your returned item once we receive it back into the store.
Please note that shipping costs will apply to all reduced items purchased including a second charge where an item is being returned for an exchange. If you have a mixed basket which contains both full price stock and reduced sale stock you will still qualify for free delivery if you have an item in your basket, where the value of that item exceeds the £65 threshold
If you didn’t qualify for free delivery and paid for delivery Cockney Rebel will refund the full price of the item(s). For example, if the garment cost £40 and £4.50 for delivery, we would refund you £40.
All items are carefully inspected prior to dispatch; however, if you receive a garment that is faulty please return the garment to us for a replacement or a full refund including any postage costs that you have incurred.
In order to do this, you must complete the included returns form which will allow us to process your request as fast as possible.
Cockney Rebel reserves the right to return faulty items to the manufacturer for a further inspection before a refund or exchange is offered.
Depending on the postal service you use to send back an item it can take several days for us to receive the goods. Refunds are processed as soon as we receive the goods and unfortunately can take up to a week to show in your account. This timeframe is not dictated by us but by your bank or card issuer and we have no control over this.
Please note that until the garment reaches us it is your responsibility, Cockney Rebel recommends that you use a postal service that insures you for the products inside. Items returned back to us are at the cost of the customer.
In order for your goods to arrive safe and, sound Cockney Rebel Fashions uses both The Royal Mail recorded delivery and DPD Local services.
We offer both standard and next day delivery.
Royal Mail Standard Delivery – £4.50 - Delivery estimate 1-3 working days. (Free on orders over £65.00 on Full Price Goods)
DPD Local - £5.95 - Delivery Next Working Day (£2.95 Upgrade on orders over £125.00, Orders must be placed by 12 pm for Next Day Delivery)
Royal Mail Next Day Delivery - £7.50 - Delivery estimate next working weekday before 1 pm. (Orders must be placed by 3 pm for Next Day Delivery)
Please note that Cockney Rebel doesn’t operate next day delivery for Saturday and special next day delivery is from Monday to Friday only. If you opt for next day delivery and place your order on a Friday before 3 pm then you would receive the package on Monday. If the Monday is a bank holiday then the package would be delivered the following day. Parcels ordered on a Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on a Monday unless the Monday falls on a Bank Holiday and orders will be then shipped on the following day.
On rare occasions where the weather can affect delivery times, Cockney Rebel will not compensate postage paid as this is something which is out of our control.
All of the delivery services are recorded delivery which requires a signature on arrival.
For Royal Mail deliveries: If you`re not available to receive your parcel, the courier will post an unable to deliver card. This will allow you to rearrange delivery or collect from your local Royal Mail collection office. If after the card has been left and no contact is made, or the package is not collected, The goods will be returned back to the sender where there will be a further charge for us to re-send the goods.
For DPD Local deliveries: Updates to the status of your delivery will be sent to you directly Via SMS and Email. A One-hour delivery window will be offered, if this delivery window is not satisfactory, you will be given the option via email or SMS to divert your parcel to a local DPD pickup point or instruct your driver to leave the parcel with a Neighbour or in a safe place.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer DPD delivery to certain UK postcodes including the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Jersey and Guernsey. Deliveries to these destinations will be made through Royal Mail. Clarification to which courier delivers to what postcode will be made clear at the checkout stage of your purchase.
Delivery charges can vary depending on the weight of your parcel. Cockney Rebel reserves the right to apply additional shipping fees if the weight or value exceeds the limits of that delivery service. If additional shipping fees are necessary Cockney Rebel will contact customers prior to shipping to obtain the payment.
Your order will be held at 43-45 Bridge Place, Worksop, S80 1DT for 7 calendar days, after which we will refund your order via your chosen payment method. PLEASE NOTE THAT TO COLLECT YOUR ORDER YOU WILL NEED TO BRING THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL AND PROOF OF ID TO CONFIRM THE BILLING ADDRESS.

Cockney Rebel dispatches all its International deliveries using Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. Each parcel can be tracked each step of the way and will require a signature on arrival. We aim to have all deliveries to reach the customer as quickly as possible however orders are often required to pass through customs clearance and which can affect the stipulated delivery time.
International delivery charges can vary depending on the weight and location of the parcel. At the point of purchase, the shipping fees quoted for orders are dependent on weight and value. Cockney Rebel reserves the right to apply additional shipping fees if the weight or value exceeds the limits of that delivery service. If additional shipping fees are necessary Cockney Rebel will contact customers prior to shipping to obtain the payment.
Barbour purchases can only currently be delivered to the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man addresses. We are currently unable to offer international delivery, PO Box delivery, delivery to hotel addresses or British Forces Post Office delivery.
